职位描述/Position Description：

●参与生产线建设

Participate in production line build.

●负责动力总成制造部设备维护团队的管理

In charge of managing maintenance section in engine department.

●领导和促进发动机制造部设备维护团队技能的持续提高。

Responsibility for continue improve maintenance section skills to implementation

●执行上级主管安排的工作并达成部门计划目标。

Support director to fulfill department target and follow up director's instruction

工作职责/Major Responsibilities：

●负责招聘、组建设备维护团队，建立设备维护团队工作流程和体系。

In charge of building maintenance section and recruiting staffs, developing maintenance section operate process and system；

●负责设备资产管理，组织开展设备大修理和在工艺许可的条件下改造等相关工作。

In charge of managing assets, organization related section to permanent repair, remolds equipment as PMED authorization and so on；

●参与生产线建线工作和设备评标，负责设备安全评估和；

Participation build production line and evaluation of biddings, responsibility to safety evaluation of equipment;

●全面负责动力总成制造部设备日常设备维护管理工作，保证设备运行的安全性、稳定性。

Responsible for management equipment daily maintenance work , and ensure equipment operating safety and stability;

●负责设备维护团队的安全管理、技能培训，考核工作。

Responsible for maintenance section safety management\skill training and evaluation of performance

●负责集中冷却系统的日常运行管理工作。

Responsible for daily operation management of central coolant system；

●建立非生产性物料一级仓库，招聘仓库管理人员，制定仓库工作流程;

In charge of building non-production material handling primary warehouse and drafting operation process, recruitment new personnel；

●负责动力总成制造部刀具刃磨、调试、配送团队的业务和管理工作；

In charge of managing cutting tooling section works，such as regrinding/modify/delivery works;

●负责制定区域的业务计划和推进重点课题。

Planning section business plan and implement main subject.

●负责本区域方针展开和推进工作，确保设备维护团队的SQDCME达成。

In charge of policy developing and implementing in maintenance section, ensure fulfill maintenance section S\Q\D\C\M\E target;

●保证本区域的质量、安全、环境符合公司相关标准；

Ensure quality\safety\environment conformity our company request;

任职条件/Qualifications:

必须具备的基本录用条件/ Must-have qualifications

●教育背景: 本科及以上学历，电气/机械工程专业
Education Bachelor degree or above, Electrical/Mechanical engineering major.

●工作经验: 7年以上设备维护工作经验，3年以上相同岗位工作经验。

Experience：7 years maintenance engineer work experience and more than 3 years equal position work experience in engine plant

●有外企/合资企业工作经验。

Worked in foreign/JV company experience

●熟练使用OFFICE软件；
Be good at using Office Software.

●熟练运用英语交流，沟通能力强，工作认真。
Be good at English language/Coordination skills/punctilious person.
