• 管理日常海关相关业务

The Management of routine business related to customs.

• 完成海关业务的日常纪录及及时跟踪业务流程

Completed the job of recording for the routine business of customs and keep tracking the process of business on timely

• 与物流及报关公司联系,确保通关业务按时,有效地完成

Communicating with LEAD LOGISTICS PROVIDER and Customs Broker, Ensuring the business related to customs could be accomplished on timely and efficiently

主要职责/Main Responsibilities：

· 与海关公务员和报关行相协调，跟进海关相关流程 (主要针对进口)

Expedite Customs related process (mainly import) in co-ordination with Customs official and Customs Broke

· 日常事务
Routine business

-取得海关所需的货运单据，并准备海关文件
Obtain any shipping documents required for customs and prepare customs documents

-监控并跟进海关相关流程
Monitor and expedite the customs related process

-在主管的暂时帮助下，与海关和/或报关行协商解决问题并改进
Negotiate with Customs and/or Customs House Broker for trouble-shoot and
improvement with the occasional help from supervisor

-安排向报关行和海关支付款项
Arrange payment to Customs House broker and Customs

-在主管的暂时帮助下，主要针对进口部分改进与海关相关的流程
Improve customs related process mainly for import with the occasional help from supervisor.

-在紧急或突发情况下向海关主管进行汇报
Report to Customs supervisor in case of emergency or unexpected situation or trouble

· 其他Others

-执行由上级安排的任务
Any other specific tasks to be ordered by supervisor

任职要求/ Qualifications：

· 大学或专科学院毕业 (法律/经济/贸易专业优先考虑)

University or technical collage graduate (major in law/economics/trade are preferable)

· 具备在进口海关之相关单位 (报关行，国际货代公司或进口商) 从业三年以上工作经验。最好操作过汽车零部件进口
More than three years experience at import customs related section of Customs House Broker, International freight forwarder or importer. Preferably handling auto parts.

· 了解一般货物进口流程, 熟悉海关通关管理规定, 有报关员证

Be familiar with the customs rules for customs clearance and normal process of customs clearance, the customs license is required.

· 英文程度: 能够进行商务交流，通过大学英语四级

English language: Can communicate on business，pass CET-4

· 具备基本的电脑使用技能与知识 (E-Mail, WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint)

Basic personal computer's skill and knowledge (E-Mail, WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint)

· 必须具备较好的协调与谈判能力，头脑灵活，工作认真仔细
Must have Coordination and negotiation skill, flexible ideas, and be punctilious person.
