Production Buyer生产性采购工程师

职位描述 / Position Description：

负责组织生产所需物资的配套及采购

Be responsible for organizing the sourcing and procurement of material needed by production.

主要职责 / Main Responsibilities：

·负责开发和保持有能力满足质量、成本、时间和技术要求的全方位服务供应商，供应商基地的管理

Develop and maintain full-range suppliers capable of meeting quality, cost, timing and technology requirements, and manage base of supplier.

·与供应商及公司内相关部门协调，解决问题，保证供应商基地的质量和成本的竞争力

Coordinate with supplier and internal departments, resolve problems to ensure a competitive quality and cost of the base.

·确保供应商的发货无误、及时，满足项目持续生产和材料需求

Track and ensure the delivery and timing of supplier for continuity of production and requirements of materials.

·进行内部团队交流，评审长期战略和供应商表现，寻求支持工作

Organize and participate in team communication, Review long term strategies and suppliers performance and seek support

·提出发展和实施计划以得到足够的培训, 不断关注工业界的趋势和新的发展动向

Bring forward developing and implement plans to obtain adequate training , Keep informed about industry trends and new developments

·工程专业背景

Engineering knowledge background

·具有较好的谈判技巧

Good negotiation skills and leadership

·良好的敬业精神和团队协作能力

Industrious with work, and a sense of team work.

·良好的英语口头及书面表达能力（通过大学英语四级）

Skillful in oral and written English communication（passed CET-4）

·计算机的基础应用能力强

Proficient in computer operation

CAPSA initially invest 8.4 billion yuan to establish annual production capacity is 200,000 cars and 200,000 engines. CAPSA will increase production capacity and build new production base according to the market requirement, and the target production and sales capacity is 1 million cars.
