职位描述 / Position Description：

售后上游工程主管

After sales upstream engineering Supervisor

负责新车项目和技术售后需求对接工作

Provide interface between new vehicle projects and Technical Aftersales

主要职责 Major Responsibilities：

？ 在母公司支持下,与相关售后团队一同起草和确认整车项目的”服务和配件规范

Write and make validate the “Services and accessories” specifications of the new vehicle project with the Aftersales units concerned and the support of mother companies.

？ 与R&D部门合作，提出车辆售后可维修性、车身、诊断、维护、替换备件等方面的售后要求，并提供相关支持

Work with R&D department, express and support Aftersales request in the fields of mechanical repair capability, bodywork, diagnosis, maintenance, replacement parts and fittings

？ 将所有必要信息传达给售后团队

Communicate all necessary information to Aftersales entities

？ 根据故障成本核算方法，在项目团队协助下，制定质保费用

Take part in warranty costs consolidation with the project Team according to failure cost approach

？ 参与新品上市的培训方案开发

Take part in the training development for a new product launch

？ 向项目团队提出优化修理时间建议

Propose repair time improvements to the projects team

？ 估算经销商网络专用工具投资额

Make quantify specific tools investments for the network

？ 为售后交付制定必要车辆到位计划（培训……）

Plan arrival of necessary vehicles for Aftersales deliverables (training…)

？ 让项目团队和售后技术团队了解相关工作进度

Keep Project team and Technical Aftersales informed of work progress

任职条件 Qualifications：

· 工程师或同等学历，车辆工程专业

Engineer or equivalent degree, specialized in automotive engineering

· 5年工作经验，至少2年汽车售后服务工作经验，熟悉技术售后服务和项目管理。有车辆研发工作经验者优先

Five years work experience, at least two years’ experience in automotive services, familiar with technical Aftersales and project management. Experience in R&D will be appreciated.

· 熟练运用办公软件;

Good computer skills

· 良好的沟通能力，英语听说流利; 能与英语为母语的同事顺利沟通.

Good at communication and English communication. Ability to work with English speaking persons.
