职位描述/Position Description：

l 负责公司级培训体系的建设及维护，包括培训需求分析、培训预算管理、培训计划实施、课程资源开发、讲师队伍建设、员工发展及领导力发展项目的顺利推行，为员工能力培养及学习型组织建设提供支持。

Build learning culture and overall people capabilities of CAPSA through leading the training system construction and maintenance, including training needs analysis, training budget management, training plan implementation, curriculums development and management, instructor pool management, employee development and leadership development programs implementation.

主要职责/Major Responsibilities:

· 领导年度培训需求调查及分析，能与组织发展需求一致，完成年度培训计划。

To identify and analyze training needs as well as develop training plans and solutions base on business development priorities;

· 管理培训预算，控制培训成本。

Manage and control the training budget;

· 按照培训计划组织课程及讲师资源，保证培训计划的顺利实施。

Implement training plan smoothly thru well management of curriculum and instructor resources

· 管理培训资源，与功能部门专家或者外部顾问一起设计、开发、讲授课程。

Partner with function training team as well as external consultants to design and

facilitate training courses

· 评估培训效果，改善培训质量及有关工作标准、流程，保存管理培训档案。

Review the effectiveness of training to improve the quality of training delivery and

standards, keep all records and evaluations up to date

· 建立及发展讲师队伍，保证培训及员工发展计划必需的讲师质量及数量。

Build and develop instructor pool to ensure required instructor quality and quantity.

· 支持员工发展项目及领导力发展项目的顺利实施。

Design and implement employee career development and leadership development

programs.

· 支持业务部门培训工作，与母公司相关业务部门保持良好联系，管理各项母公司培训项目。

Support function training works, keep good relationships with mother company

functions and manage the training programs to mother companies.

· 其他跨功能部门支持工作

Other cross function supporting works.

专员任职条件 / Specialist Qualifications:

· 管理或教育专业，本科以上学历Bachelor Degree in Management and/or Teaching

· 3-5年培训管理相关工作经验, 汽车行业工作经验（从优）3-5 years of training management experience, automotive industry experience will be advantages.

· 良好的英文听、说、读、写沟通能力，通过大学英语四级Proficient English listening, reading, writing and speaking，pass CET-4

· 熟练操作MS OFFCIE软件 Proficient skills of MS Office suite.

· 男士优先 Male preferred.
