SALES SUPPORT ASSISTANTS - FESTIVE PRODUCTS


REPORTING TO THE IMPORT/FOB SALES MANAGER, REQUIREMENTS ARE:
1. GOOD SPOKEN AND WRITTEN ENGLISH & CHINESE
2. GOOD COMPUTER SKILLS - EXCEL, MS OFFICE
3. HAVE 1 - 2 YEAR'S WORK EXPERIENCE IN SIMILAR CAPACITY OR
HAVE COSTUME/GARMENT AND OR TOYS EXPERIENCE.
4. MUST BE DETAIL ORIENTED, DILIGENT, SENSIBLE AND ABLE TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE TO MEET GIVEN DEADLINES.
5. HAVE GOOD ATTITUDE & INTERPERSONAL SKILLS.
6. BE AVAILABLE TO TRAVEL TO FACTORIES IN DIFFERENT LOCATIONS.
7. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDES:
PREPARING QUOTATIONS
ISSUING PURCHASE ORDERS
FOLLOWING UP ON SAMPLES WITH FACTORIES
MONITORING PRODUCTION - MAY HAVE TO VISIT FACTORIES FREQUENTLY DURING PRODUCTION PERIOD
PREPARING REPORTS
LIASING WITH OTHER DEPARTMENTS ON VARIOUS ISSUES TO ENSURE ON TIME SHIPMENTS
