· To Coordinate and drive order production planning and help solve delayed supply issues.

· To visit/liaise with factories on a day-to-day basis.

· Assist in production control and planning order matters

· Communicate on a daily basis with the order follow up team - QC coordinator and QC Manager.

· To Help Monitor /optimize order flow from PO being placed through to shipment

· To ensure factories hit critical path dates for raw material in-house / inspections etc.

· Help production efficiency and productivity



Requirements:

· Minimum of 5yrs relevant experience in Production Coordination

· Experience in garment field and Toy Industry essential

· Knowledge of US/European safety standards

· Excellent communication skills

· Must have good organizational skills

· Good command of English, Chinese written and spoken

· Good analytical skills and able to deal with problem solving and follow up productive action with manufacturer

· Mature responsible, self motivated and able to work under pressure
