The Role:

The Recruitment Intern is an EF ambassador to potential candidates, internal partners and other external parties, and is a highly regarded business partner for internal business units that she provides recruitment service for all departments. He or she will cover the recruitment of positions in Shenzhen, including CV screening, recruitment data analyzing and management, arranging interviews, maintaining new staffs relationship and so on. Also, she will support the daily work to the HR.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor degree
Female prefer
Strong English and Chinese written and verbal communication skills
High level of professional maturity as demonstrated in personal appearance, conduct, and all spoken and written interactions. Ability to manage multiple assignments Proficiency in computer application such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
