岗位职责：
1.负责学校内部系统的日常维护，熟悉计算机硬、软件故障检测及排除方法；
2.负责学校内部多媒体设备的技术支持，包括：Macs、PCs、iPads、打印机以及教学互动触摸屏的监管与维护；
3.熟悉电脑操作系统及软件的安装配置，保证日常办公软件、教学软件的正常使用；
4.负责校区内部Wifi的监管与维护，确保本地连接与VPN的正常使用；
5.负责学校网站及自媒体平台（微博/微信）的升级优化与管理，配合设计团队及数字营销团队以提高使用体验。
 
任职要求：
1.大专以上学历，计算机相关专业（必要条件）；
2.一年以上企业电脑维护工作经验，服务意识良好（必要条件）；
3.擅长网络管理；熟悉PC端和Mac的网络操作（优选条件）；
4..普通话流利，英语口语基础良好（优先条件）。

Position Overview:
With recognition that the Faculty and students at Mission Hills International School are the school’s most valuable resource, we are seeking to appoint an exemplary IT Officer to offer both logistical and pedagogical support. The successful candidate is expected to support the school’s Mission and Vision and will possess personal and professional qualities that lend themselves to excellence in technical systems and innovative thinking. The candidate will be familiar with a range of
hardware and infrastructure systems and will be committed to supporting Faculty members with exploring and implementing new software and applications through research and partnering with service providers as required.

Major Duties:
1.software and network issues
2.To liaise with external suppliers to oversee the maintenance and support of hardware, including Macs, PCs, iPads, Ricoh printers and Promethean interactive boards
3.To liase with external service providers to oversee the maintenance and support of software systems, including Evidence for Learning and TitleWave
4.To monitor and manage the school servers ensuring appropriate access for staff members as well as organisation of shared folders and clear access pathways
5.To provide expertise and offer support in the use of all telecommunications devices and audio-visual equipment at the school and to oversee their effective use on a daily basis and at all major events and presentations as required
6.To ensure wifi access, including both local access and via VPN, is maintained and available for use throughout the campus, including controlled visitor access
7.To act as the main point of communication for online assessment tool, Evidence for Learning, including maintenance, updating changes and parent access via online channels
8.To assume the role of designated person as mandated by the M.O.E for media and technological requirements, under the direction of the Senior Leadership and Administration Team
9.To update and enhance the school website as required under the direction of the Senior Leadership and Administrators, consulting with the MH Design and MH Digital Marketing teams as necessary on the aesthetics and usability of the site
10. To act as school photographer as directed by the Senior Leadership and Admissions Teams for both internal use and external marketing and promotion
11.To liaise with and support MH MarCom, Digital Marketing and HR teams on the creation, filming and editing of school videos
12.To liaise with and advise the Admissions and MH Digital Marketing teams on enhanced WeChat and Weibo platform design, accessibility and implementation
13.To support Senior Leaders and Administrators in the creation of school policies and procedures relating to all technical issues within the school (including ‘iPad use and storage policy’, ‘Personal devices and confidentiality policy’ etc)
14.Under the direction of the Principal, to offer or support organisation of training for staff on the effective use of in-school hardware and software, including Promethean boards, iPads, printers and laptops
15.To support teachers with exploring and implementing new software and applications through research and free trials as required
16.To document and track all hardware, software and applications in use within the school in order to monitor their usage and efficacy
17.To follow direction from Senior Leadership to explore connections within the local environment that may lead to enhanced IT provision for the school community

Required and Preferred Qualifications and Experiences:
1. IT Degree/Qualifications () or equivalent (required)
2.Good understanding of network infrastructure, IT and system support and management (required)
3.Basic understanding of PC + Mac network and operational environment (preferred)
4.Strong communication skills in Mandarin with basic spoken English (preferred)
5.Relevant experience with international school or foreign language kindergarten experience (preferred)

观澜湖国际学校是一所双语一贯制学校，提供从幼儿园（3岁起）至衔接大学各年级课程。为日校，中学（7年级）起提供住宿。学校发展主要分成两阶段，第1阶段为于2015年9月正式开学的国际幼儿园，招收3至5岁幼童。宽敞舒适且设备齐全的幼儿园校舍将与座落于新建的中小学校区旁。

第2阶段，提供一至十二年级中小学课程。配备一流设备和先进设施的中小学校区将于2017年正式启用。学校紧邻观澜湖渡假区及观澜湖新城，整体设计及建造均依照观澜湖其他项目的规格，除了设有可以促进社区意识的宽敞学生公用空间外，亦会提供两个设施完备的图书馆、一个水上运动中心、黑盒剧场、大型多功能礼堂、体育馆、音乐、艺术、电影及设计工作室、科学实验室、运动场、室外田径场、室内滑冰场、以及专为设计及信息科技课程而设的技术空间。校园周边宁静而祥和，有良好的生态环境；学校地理位置优越，交通便捷，至深圳市中心仅30分钟车程，到香港或广州车程则1.5小时，步行仅需7分钟的邻近地铁站将于2018年通车。

预计中小学最多可提供约1700个学额，合理均布于各年级。幼儿园则是300个学额。为高年级学生而设的寄宿宿舍将于第2阶段落成。

Mission Hills International School (MHIS) is designed as a bi-lingual, co-educational through-train day school for students from Kindergarten (age 3) to University entrance and a day and boarding school for students from grade 7 and up. Our Phase 1 plan is to open a Pre-School for 3 – 5 year olds in September 2015. The Pre-School will be located in a spacious and well-equipped facility adjacent to the site of the new school building.

In September 2017 we will open Phase 2, the new Lower and Upper Schools with state-of-the-art-facilities. The campus will be purpose built for Mission Hills specifications, located on property currently owned by Mission Hills and immediately adjacent to the resort in Shenzhen and MH Centreville. In addition to spacious student common areas that promote a sense of community, the school will feature two well-resourced libraries, an aquatics center, black-box theater, large multi-purpose assembly halls, gymnasiums, music, art, film and design studios, science laboratories, playing fields, an outdoor track, and dedicated technical space for the study of Design and Communications Technology. The campus is located in a tranquil, serene, and ecological friendly environment. By car, it is only 30 minutes from Shenzhen City Center, 1.5 hours from Hong Kong and 1.5 hours from Guangzhou. A nearby MTR station is due to open in 2018.

It is anticipated that at full capacity Grades 1-12 will enroll 1600 students divided fairly equally between the Lower School and Upper School divisions. Student boarding facilities will be designed and constructed as part of the Phase 2 development.
