1.Familiar with all standard finishing equipment and its proper care and maintenance.

2.Ability to read shop drawing and determine correct finishing processes following specification.

3.Familiar with automated paint lines with the ability to optimize their use.

4.To follow company policies and display conduct expected by company employees as described in the employee

handbook.

5.To follow company safety rules and work in a manner that is conducive to maintaining a safe and healthful workplace.

6.Always use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment to set good workplace standards and ensure all employees

maintain those standards.

7.Ensure a spirit of respect, cooperation, ethical conduct and fair dealing in all our operations between our internal,

external customers and suppliers.

8.Direct the Production team in their efforts to achieve all Key Operational Indicators by participating on a daily basis in

team meetings and offering ideas/suggestions.

9.Train team leaders and members in developing teamwork skills and team oriented activities in a positive working

environment.

10.Coordinate the utilization of facilities, equipment, materials and employees to meet Key Operational Indicators.

11.Track time sheets and attendance records and ensure that all performance reviews are completed in a timely manner.

12.Supervise Overtime Equalization to ensure that it is fairly administrated.

13.Any other duties as assigned.
