职位描述：
Principle Tasks:

1.Be responsible for Product Manufacturing Engineering through the product lifecycle including PCBA, box build/shelf assembly, till final configuration & staging.
2.As team member of NPI/NPT project team support the NPI/NPT PM on the manufacturing engineering area.
3.For NPI project be responsible to drive the DFx(DFM, DFA here mainly) to make sure the product developed meets the expected DFx requirements. Work with R+D and process engineering to enhance and DFM based on feedback during project.
4.Work with suppliers to implement improvements in capability to meet demands of high technology projects using formal processes such as design of experiment. Consider end to end manufacturing set optimizing the overall process flow.
5.Sustaining of production in CEM/Supplier including managing the ECR/ECO/MCO process between ADVA and CEM/suppliers for given products post KD5 and Manufacturing capacity review on assembly/testing.
6.Support the CEM and suppliers during production of Engineering models, ramp-up, mass production and resolve the relative technical issues. And mainly including Dfx, INS/WOS, fulfillment of logistic concept, routing etc)
7.Work with Product Quality Management and our EMS partners to pro-actively improve the manufacturing product quality.
8.Identify the root cause of low yield or high RMA rate and introduce the corrective and preventive actions.
9.Dive continuously Improvement Program: Initiative ideas and implement proposal for cost reduction, quality improvement, efficiency improvement, process optimization. Apply formal methods for improvement activities including Lean, 6M.
10.Provide feedback/Comments to optimize ADVA manufacturing guidelines and quality standards.

Skills / Qualifications / Training / Experience:
1.Fluent written and spoken English
2.Has 6+ year manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, and quality control experience on PCBA and box build in telecommunication products
3.familiar with manufacturing process in SMT, W/S, box build assembly etc
4.Familiar with PDM application e.g. Agile
5.Familiar with Dfx(DFM, DFA) tools e.g. Valor and CAM350 for PCBA Gerber review and Pro-E viewer for mechanical drawing
6.Familiar with manufacturing/quality management methodology/tool: Lean, FMEA, Kaizen, 6 sigma etc
7.knowledge of production testing and high level of telecommunication product’s design
8.Project management experience
9.Desire to accept responsibility and work independently to achieve goals
10.Bachelor degree in Electronic or Mechanical Engineering
