职位描述：
Resposibility:
1. Lead the new project quality control from sample stage, communicate with project manager, cross functional team & customer for collecting the overall quality requirements, CTQ and production process for raw material and products, evaluate the quality control and inspection method and work out control plan and inspection instructions for product and materials, take part in the risk management for the new project.
2. Communicate with key suppliers about the parts/components’ quality standard, inspection method, inspection instructions and other documents from supplier to ensure the supplier take effective quality control.
3. Prepare related WI, PFMEA, PCP, IPQC checklist, and other project quality documents, etc.
4. Working with Purchasing and other departments, solve incoming material quality issue.
5. Train quality inspectors and production operators about product quality standard or other related knowledge /skills.
6. Collect the process data, lead or participate relevant quality improvement projects, continue to improve quality control for all projects and increase the customer satisfaction.
7. Continuous quality improvement project handling.
8. Participate in the process validation and re-validation, follow up the process, review the process validation protocol and report.
9. Communicate with Germany Headquarter, and related customer, aim at solve problems in customer side, exceed customer requirement, Handle customer complaint and 8D report prepared.
10. Perform other related duties as assigned.
11. Coordinate team, get clear on work flow, If some job allocation is not clear, QE should try best to acting it at first, such as, incoming material quality issue handling;
12. Flexible work task arrangement from superintendent, or manager.
13. Temporary replacement to other position.

Requirement
1. Familiar with various measure tools and instruments, such as calipers, micrometer, profile projector, etc.
2. Good communication, team work and problem solving skills, proactive.
3. Strong command of 8D knowledge.
4. ISO9001 / TS16949 knowledge.
5. SPC/MSA knowledge.
6. Well versed in PC operation
7. 3 years QA working experience.
