Job Description

1. Work with customer and internal Engineering team to understand customer/product requirement, conduct product DFx evaluation (DFM. DFR, DFT, DFA), and take preventive solution to eliminate the product potential quality and reliability issues before NPI build;

2. Develops and initiates product quality control plan and product reliability test plan;

3. Work with CFT members to drive for NPI 4M readinesses with APQP methodology;

4. Organize and lead production line audit and qualification to ensure the preventive action implementation and 4M readiness before NPI build;

5. Monitor and follow up the NPI production to ensure real-time response to the issues and defects;

6. Conduct product first article inspection, reliability test execution and collect data for analysis;

7. Work with NPI team to prepare PPAP report, organize PPAP review meeting and drive for closure for open items;

8. Process and product knowledge transition to mass production team when product successfully pass the NPI build validation.


Job Requirements

1. At least 3 years experience of SMT, Hand Load and Box Build manufacturing;

2. Experience of electronic product NPI process and reliability test planning and execution;

3. Experience of APQP and PPAP utilization, prefer experience of ISO/TS16949 in automotive industrial;

4. Fluent English speaking, good English reporting;

5. Strong leadership and ownership;

6. Good knowledge of Lean (3Gen/VSM/Takt Time/One Piece Flow/Andon Light/Jidoka/Defect Mapping/Fish Bone/5Why/Pokayoke) and Six Sigma (C&E/Process Mapping/SPC/FMEA/CP/GR&R/DOE).
