JOB DESCRIPTION:
Develop audit plan to ensure that designated suppliers are audited on a regular basis to ensure good manufacturing practices and quality standards are met: perform quality audit to supplier processes and/or sub-tier suppliers with focus on problem solving.
Review quality control plan, specifications and requirements with suppliers, to qualify suppliers according to company standards, and to qualify manufacturing processes, assembly lines and fixtures
Ensure that suppliers deliver quality components or parts, materials, and services: responsible for supporting the qualification and on- going quality improvement
Overseeing supplier to develop effective corrective actions on quality and delivery problems

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:
5 years or above working experience in technical, quality and production fields of electronic manufacturing industry
Exposure in domestic appliances could be an preferred
Experience in the application of quality tools, such as Cpk, SPC, GRR etc.
Team player, mature and willing to learn
Worked in foreign company will be an advantage
