Responsibilities:

1). Supplier quality system assessment, qualification planning and action to follow up.

2). Management of Incoming quality inspection and MRB handling.

3). Supplier quality audit, sourcing inspection and corrective action verification to drive for continuous material quality improvement.

4). Supplier quality performance measurement and rating.

5). Management of component character verification and AVL maintenance.

6). Management of component first article inspection, testing and qualification.

7). Lead material quality improvement team in Kaizen activities.

8). Train SQE team on multi-commodities knowledge and develop the team competency.

9). Work with Business Unit Quality Manager to understand the supplier quality performance in individual BU and provide support and guidance.


Job Requirement:

1). At least 5 years experience of supplier quality management and plant audit.

2). Aggressive in proactive quality improvement in supplier site and team player.

3). Fluent English speaking, good English reporting.

4). Strong leadership and ownership for supplier quality improvement.

5). Be familiar with materials (PCB, Plastic, Metal, Active and Passive) manufacturing process and failure analysis.

6). Good knowledge of Lean (3Gen/VSM/Takt Time/One Piece Flow/Andon Light/Jidoka/Defect Mapping/Fish Bone/5Why/8D/Pokayoke)and Six Sigma (C&E/Process Mapping/SPC/FMEA/CP/GR&R/DOE).
