职位描述：
1、负责品质控制计划、检验标准、检验SIP、检验记录表单制定与修订，并确保有效落实；
2、负责对制程中的半成品以及在制品的质量检测与监督；降低制程不良率；
3、负责分析产品异常原因、提出质量改进、预防措施，懂8D报告的编写；
4、负责相关品质信息的搜集、反馈及相关资料的汇总、呈报；
5、负责制定品质部各项规章制度、流程、规范的制定、执行、落实；

任职要求：
1、男女不限，20—35岁，大专以上学历；
2、有电机行业相关工作经验2年以上；
3、熟悉QC七大手法；
4. 良好的思维能力、表达能力及沟通能力、分析能力。
