职位描述：
Purpose:
? To oversee, supervise and coordinate the inspection process to ensure all quality inspections fully meet company's expectations and requirements;
        To maintain inspection documents and records to meet company's needs

Key responsibilities and duties
? To oversee and ensure daily operational activities from inspection booking process, inspection pack preparations and reviewing of inspection reports are process accordingly in a timely manner in line with the FM database.
? To ensure that all inspection reports are reviewed thoroughly, send to the client and uploaded into the FM database within 24 hours after the inspection.
? To be able to follow up FAILED / PENDING inspection reports with clients and factories and to close inspection reports from the FM database.
? To manage and coordinate with QC inspectors for inspection findings and problem solving, especial Audio / Video product experience
? To oversee the inspection schedule arrangement
? Report monthly inspection statistics
? To be able to validate inspection pack in the absence of QC Manager.
? To check and click on inspection report hardcopy
? To check Incomplete Inspection Report on order tracking system daily to see if remarks are updated
? To assist QC manager for monthly QC meeting
? To assist QC manager for QC training
? To control inspection cost including filling Inspection Expense Requisition form and submit to A/C Dept. after confirmed by QC manager
? To issue Weekly Unconformity Report for the Inspection Department.
? To prepare draft RMA Investigation Reports where complaint are involved
To conduct random Field Assessment on QC field inspectors.

? Able to work extra hours to complete all the assign TASKS from the FM database when needed.
? Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese.
? Strong character, hardworking & solving problem independently.
Soundness of decision making.

Qualifications
? College graduated with electronic or mechanical background
? Min 5 years in QC/QA experience and 2+ years in supervisory level
? Familiar with electronic/electrical products etc. production, quality control
? Knowledge of AQL standard, quality tools and system certification
? Ability of developing test plan, standard and procedure for QC inspection
? Strong organizational skills, team player
? Strong training experience, Audio / Video product experience
? Product, protocol preparation, compliance experience
? Good command of English in both reading and writing. 举报 分享
