安全工程师的职责是支持公司达成较高标准的职业健康和安全实效而努力。

The Safety Engineer is responsible for supporting the efforts of the company and manufacturing management to achieve the highest standard of occupational health and safety practices.

主要职责/Main Responsibilities：

· 负责建筑施工现场的安全管理

Support construction site safety management

· 负责实施和持续改善指定区域的安全体系
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of safety systems in the assigned Manufacturing Areas.

· 就指定话题提供安全知识培训
Deliver safety training on assigned topics.

· 能成为安全某领域内的专家
Be the site subject matter expert in the assigned safety systems.

· 根据当地法规和安全行为指南进行安全审查
Safety compliance audits including SBI, Legal compliance,

· 较强的程序文件的编写能力

Strong procedure written skills

任职要求/ Qualifications：

· 本科以上学历

Bachelor and above;

· 熟练运用英语交流、阅读和书写的能力，通过大学英语四级

Excellent English language skills - written, spoken and reading，pass CET-4

· 两年以上的跨国企业安全管理工作经验，有建筑行业安全管理工作背景优先

2+ years health and safety experience with multinational companies and in construction site safety management is preferred;

· 良好的人际交往及沟通能力

Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.

CAPSA initially invest 8.4 billion yuan to establish annual production capacity is 200,000 cars and 200,000 engines. CAPSA will increase production capacity and build new production base according to the market requirement, and the target production and sales capacity is 1 million cars.
