职位描述：
1.与其他部门进行有效的电话沟通，并对来访电话进行记录。将客人的要求及时转达给相应的部门主管。
2.接收相关贵宾室留房，预抵信息，并通知部门员工作相应的准备工作。
3.根据电脑系统密切监督房间状态，每间隔两小时检查房间的状态差异。
4.记录客房部所有报告，工作表，备忘录，信件并保存部门内的记录文件。
5.填写由各部门主管提交的维修工作单。
6.准备本部门员工出勤记录。
7.保管失物招领处物品的接收，记录以及归还情况，准备并总结房间内损坏及损毁报告。
8.制作客房部的各种表单以确保部门工作运行流畅
9.随时听从上级管理层的提出的其他指示。

任职资格：
1. 文秘或相关专业，英文良好，优秀应届生也可考虑。
2. 年龄22-35岁，形象好，气质佳。
3. 至少一年工作经验，要求打字速率每分钟40字。
