职位描述：
岗位职责：
- 生产线员工日常管理：根据生产线人员素质矩阵要求协助领班组织员工培训；员工日常出勤管理与日常沟通；员工绩效评估
Daily manage production line employee: give or organize operator related training based on competence matrix definition; arrange daily working time and leave time; daily or regularly communicate with team member; monthly performance evaluation
- 根据生产计划确认安排生产线人员、工装与设备并组织好日常生产
Plan and identify operator, fixture and equipment; manage daily production based on production plan from shift leader
- 根据产品放行报告组织产品放行，包括产品首/末检
Organize product release, inc. first and last product check based on product release report
- 根据各工位操作指导书进行生产过程确认，组织并监督生产线对于异常情况、不合格品的处理
Organize production process confirmation; organize and monitor production line on abnormal issue and invalid product handling based on working instruction at station
- 生产线日常5S、自主维护组织与管理
Organize and manage daily 5S, autonomous maintenance and management
- 生产线文档、工装、量具、易损件和备件的现场管理
- On-site manage documentation, fixture/adapter, consumable goods and spare parts of production line
- 生产线信息板管理：信息板布置，数据填写与更新
Manage production information board: layout, data filling and update
- 生产线内/外评审和客户参观准备
Organize production line preparation for internal/external audit and customer visit
- 收集各生产线关键信息并在早会上陈述
Collect critical production information and present in morning meeting
- 跟据要求监督和支持与生产线相关的生产各项任务的执行与完成
Monitor and support manufacturing targets implementation according to deadline setting
- 指导生产线员工遵守公司健康、安全、环境相关流程和规章制度
Guide operator to comply with company healthy, safety, environment procedures and regulations
- 协助领班对于BPS在生产区域的执行Support shift leader on BPS implementation in production area

任职要求：
- 生产领域相关工作经验3年以上.
working experience in manufacturing for 3 years or above
- 基本办公软件应用技能 Excel, Word, & Power Point application 举报 分享
