1， 主要负责阿里巴巴平台产品优化，编辑，账户管理，能保持账号的良好的更新数据
2，能开发，跟进，沟通处理客户对产品的疑问，及时处理售后事件
3，具有分析，探索后台数据的能力和方法，能积极主动跟进客户
4，公司安排岗前培训，能积极学习，独立自主解决沟通工作上面的问题


任职资格：
1、大专及以上学历，专业不限，英语CET4级以上，读写熟练，口语佳
2、熟练操作办公自动化软件；office ,photoshop等办公软件；
