Engineer
The engineer will work closely with our vendor partners to improve quality, processes and work on new products. This individual must be able to quickly analyze manufacturing processes and develop alternate methods that will increase productivity and/or quality.
Responsibilities:
? Identifying process problems and recommending solutions to the factory.
? Help factory setup a viable process and maintain it.
? Responsible for QC team and organize inspections and be responsible for all quality issues
? Maintain BOM, Drawings, factory audits
Minimum Qualifications:
? BS/BA in Engineering
? Minimum of 2 years experience in manufacturing and/or process engineering
? Highly proficient in MS Office (Advanced in Excel)
? Ability to work with engineered or technical drawings
? Experience with ACAD or Solidworks
? Skilled in Lean Manufacturing methods
? Strong English Skills in Reading, Writing, Listening
? Willing to travel to our vendor factories to analyze processes and work with their staffs on improvements

? Capable of multi-tasking
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on a daily basis
? Strong written and verbal communication skills
? Excellent attention to detail
? Ability to work flexible hours to meet deadlines
