职位描述：
1、协助部门进行供应商资料的收集，整理和归档，包括供应商帐户资料等。
2、协助部门对各类供应商进行日常管理，包括发布供应商日常业务指引、各类通知、合作合同及其预审和归档，进行供应商月度绩效报告的整理。
3、处理各客户所要求提供的我司的各种信息资料。包括客户建档时所要求的各类基本信息，客户对公司体系审核的各类信息，客户对公司每个项目产品环保报告的收集、整理和提供。
4、处理各客户或各客户OEM工厂合作合同、品质协议、环保协议等的预审查。


职位要求：
1、 学历大专或以上，有一定英文基础。
2、 做事有条理、有耐心。
3、 文秘专业为佳，对合同条款敏感，有一定合同管理的经验。
4、 工作经验两年以上为佳，最好在印刷包装行业供应链相关岗位有一定的工作经历。 举报 分享
