Job Description



Major sales interface to Huawei/ZTE/ALU. Own and work with team and meeting the target.
Collaborate with FAE teams to penetrate focused opportunity, drive design-in to design-win
Understand company's strategy and personal goal. Maintain relationship with customer key contacts in all levels within customer organization. To promote continuous business growth.
Work with fulfillment channel partners to support key accounts.
Consolidate customers' requirements to assist new product definition. To advocate customer's voice in company, to ensure customers' viewpoints are reflected in key company's business decisions.
Represent company and work with HQ to negotiate agreement with customer, across procurement/business unit and executive.
Manage revenue attainment and on time/accurate forecast/delivery of company products.


Requirement

Bachelor or above degree in Electrical or Electronics engineering and >5 years working experience preferred.
3 years+ of solid experience with power (DC-DC) and Interface (UART, PCIe, USB, I2C) design or field support.
Experience in industrial and consumer electronics field is preferred.
Good Interpersonal and customer interfacing skills, FAE or AE working experience is a plus.
Proactive, self-motivated, teamwork and disciplined.
With a passion for high achieving performance and able to work under pressure.
Knowledge with communication industrial---SDH/Sonet, Ethernet, Wireless applications is a plus.
Organizational and communication skills, presentation skills required. Fluent English and Mandarin.
