Fill in factory profile form
Trace for testing sample
Specific Product Campaign Discuss with buyers for product selection
Arrange auction for big project with yearly quantity
Up-load PNS to our internal software BOSS / UNITED
Source new products with competitive price against existing product.
100% of Trading Agreement signed with supplier to whom we placed Orders
100% of Subscribed Product Liability Insurance


After Order
Check new PO on our internal software everyday
Communicate with supplier for new order and negotiate for ETD
Artwork confirmation( Rating label, IB, GB and shipping mark)
Check up-date production & shipment schedule
Make sure all shipment on time
Exchange information between Quality and logistic department in Asia and France
Up- load all new models quotations to our internal software BOSS / UNITED
Price Negotiation for repeat orders or in case of raw materials or labour increase
Trace PP/PS samples status & reports
Prepare & Up-date- Track & Trace report
Provide solution in the case of problem (raw materials increase, late shipment, return rate quality problem...etc)
Follow up of the yearly turnover budget


General
Good product sourcing knowledge
Must be fluent spoken and written in English and Mandarin
Familiar with European Market
Occasionally to travel to China
