1. 大专以上学历，具有一年以上网页制作经验。
2. 了解网站设计理念，熟练掌握网页设计技巧及制作流程。
3. 有较强的网页布局、版式设计能力，富有创新精神，善于沟通和表达。
4. 精通photoshop、dreamweaver、flash、fireworks、Coreldraw等相关软件。
5. 熟悉Web2.0标准，精通HTML/XHTML、DIV+CSS页面制作技术，熟练手写代码。
6. 对网页兼容性有一定的经验，熟悉javascript、jquery者优先考虑。
7. 热爱网站设计制作工作，富于创新、思维活跃、善于学习，并乐于分享。
8. 工作务实，为人诚恳，具有极强的团队合作精神，较强的学习能力。
