岗位职责
1、在上级的领导和监督下定期完成量化的工作要求，并能独立处理和解决所负责的任务；
2、管理客户关系，跟踪并更新客户及其生产交货情况，完善数据采集；
3、了解和发掘客户需求及购买愿望，介绍本公司服务产品的优点和特色；
4、对客户提供专业的咨询；
5、收集潜在客户资料。

要求：
1、本科及以上学历，海运、物流、商务、国际贸易等相关专业优先；
2、3年以上船公司、船代、码头或货运代理工作经验；
3、持有C1驾照
4、英语听说读写流利熟练，英语6级
5、熟悉国际海运操作流程，通晓国际运输单证流转，兼有国际空运操作经验尤佳；有实际国际运输文件操作经验；
身体健康，爱好运动，爱海爱船，诚实稳重，吃苦耐劳，踏实好学，有较强的学习能力及执行力，团队精神，有较强的表达及沟通能力（包括汉语及英语），能适应出差，并能承受在较强工作压力下工作，具备一定的市场分析及判断能力，良好的客户服务意识。
6、工作态度认真积极，头脑灵活反应快，品行端正，细心认真，条理清楚，责任心强，善于学习新的事物，有良好的客户维护意识；
7、工作稳定性高、愿与公司共同发展；
