职位描述：
Responsibilities:

1. Lead and prepare project cost estimate from concept design to basic design as requested from project or for Company bidding and proposal purpose.
2. Lead and prepare counter estimate for subcontracting and Change orders per the requirement of project;
3. Organize and conduct Project Evaluation. Quality of project estimation (Stated accuracy, Comprehensive and thorough, Client’s reasonable expectation and clearly cost structure).
4. Integrate and review all disciplines estimate to complete cost estimation. Provides cost clarification post bidding or proposal;
5. . Organize, collect, compare, analyze, update and maintain database of historical information for estimation use; Evaluation / Performance Indicators, Utilization/Billable hours;
6. Organize and keep on tracking market price of equipment, material, labor and construction cost;


Competency:

Education & Qualification
1. Min Bachelor’s Degree in engineering preferred； Qualification of Cost engineer certificate preferred
2. At least 8 years of working experience in cost estimation or engineering/construction
3. Understanding responsibilities on the project. Must be able to understand and apply Employer Requirements. Solid field or site experience with good data analytical skills;
Good communication skills.
4. High sense of responsibility, good teamwork spirit, ability to work independently, and sense of confidentiality;
5. Good PC Skills, English: Fluent-written & oral

1.岗位职责：
牵头准备工程报价要求，以满足公司投保目的。工程项目原辅物料核价信息收集、整理、分析； 并建立核价基准信息台账；负责产品价格信息档案的整理、存档；

2.引导分包商估价和项目需求变更时的报价/核价。负责售前技术支持阶段预估成本核价会签，出具《预估成本构成表》； 对于有争议的成本予以牵头复议；负责工程项目实施阶段预算成本核价会签 ；负责工程外协承包商招标价格管控，以及原辅料价格管控 ；

3.组织和引导项目评估，项目报价质量如描述准确、易理解、周密，清晰的客户期望及成本结构。
4.整合报价，竞标、供应商方案成本分析。
5.组织、收集、比较、分析、更新和维护报价的历史数据，评估和分析可收费工时等。
6.追踪市场价格如设备、材料、人工及工程费用。

任职要求：
工程类专业，具造价工程师/核价工程师资格证书优先；
8年以上工程造价或核价工程师工作经验；熟悉工程项目阶段流程、具备采购、财务相关知识优先考虑；
理解公司工程中的责任和公司对项目的要求，具工程现场数据分析能力；
高度责任感，团队精神，独立工作能力，保密意识；具有良好的沟通能力;
