职位描述
Basic Function:
This position is responsible for quality activities associated to new product introduction and / or sustaining production. The position requires a thorough knowledge in safe launch practices, first article approvals, and problem resolution.
Essential Responsibilities:
1,Leads supply base audits to assess the company’s quality system and processes. Insures a quality system is in place. The quality system must prevent defects, provide factual information for continuous improvement, and analysis failures giving accurate problem resolution.
2,Applies Advanced Quality Planning techniques such as Failure Mode Effects Analysis, control plans, and measurement system analysis to evaluate the internal and external manufacturing ability to produce products with a stable process.
3,Uses statistical data to identify and resolve problems internally and externally. Leads problem solving teams that focus on problem prevention and variance reduction.
4,Develops sampling plans, quality standards, and process control instructions for use in internal and external operations so processes are monitored and variation is reduced.
5,Supports new product introduction through use of defined Harman Professional quality processes and procedures. Reviews new product designs for “quality of design”, conformance to Harman and customer standards, and defines opportunities for improvement in the designs where applicable.
6,Works with supply base to assure product is submitted for approval to support new product development and launches.Reviews and approves “Initial Sample Reports” authorizing approval of parts from the supply base.
7,Maintain and update database for various activities and reports. Provide monthly reports in requested format.
8,Work with sourcing, engineering, and new product teams to resolve new and existing program related supplier issues in the region.
9,Develops systems for recording and analyzing product quality levels. Interprets and reports trends and improvement plans.
Basic Qualifications:
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technical related field.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of eight years of related experience in quality systems with a record of increasing responsibility.
CERTIFICATIONS

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Manual Dexterity: Work requires moderate speed and accuracy in a narrow range of simple motion.
Physical Effort: Work requires handling lightweight materials or equipment with no special speed or exertion.
Working Conditions: Ordinary office, shop, field, or warehouse working conditions.

1,Strong English communication required.
2,Must be fluent in speaking and writing Mandarin.
3,Willingness to travel 50% of the time.
