An exciting opportunity has arisn in a fast growing Quality Control (QC) services company based in Chegongmiao, Shenzhen, is looking for a Shipping & Admin Assistant Manager who will report to the company Director.
We are an international supplier of after-market mobile phone parts as well as other electronic devices and required a dynamic person to join our team.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
1.Monitoring the order process to ensure customer orders are booked with shipping agents without delay.
2.Producing and checking shipping documentation required for both export and import, such as bill of ladings, AWBs, customs invoices and packing lists.
3.Monitoring and tracking shipments while in transit.
4.Updating company airfreight and general shipping prices onto the company database to ensure competitive rates.
5.Liaising with suppliers and customers regarding transportation.
6.Assisting the Order Manager with the process of customer sales orders.
7.General office administration such as filing documents and answering emails as required.
Applicant skills and requirements
1.University education in a business or related subject.
2.2-5 years experience in shipping and logistics is essential.
3.Must have good practical ability with the English language and understand shipping and trading terminology.
4.Competent level in Microsoft office: Excel and Word.
5.Positive attitude with a willingness to accept new challenges.
6.Able to communicate confidently with different nationalities.
7.A diligent approach to detail.
Benefits such as housing allowance and performance bonus to be negotiated.

3、监控并跟踪货物在运输途中的情况。
4、更新公司空运和海运价格到公司数据库以确保有竞争力的利率。
5、联络供应商和客户关于运输情况。
6、协助跟单经理处理客户销售订单。
7、一般办公室管理,如文件归档和回复电子邮件。
技能和要求:
1、商务或相关专业,大专以上学历。
2、必须有2-5年的航运和物流经验 。
3、具备良好的英语口语和理解能力,了解运输和贸易术语。
4、熟练掌握Microsoft office: Excel和Word。
5、有积极的态度,愿意接受新的挑战。
6、能自信地与不同国籍的外国人沟通。
7、对细节认真负责。
