职位描述：
本职位工作地点为：深圳市福田保税区绒花路128号深福保大厦主楼12楼

主要为TLG Handbag & Accessories 服务，主要品牌有：FIORELLI,MODALU,NICA, House of Fraser, Jhon Lewis,Debenhams,TV Maxx and Avon.

Objectives:
To aid and monitor the production critical path working with and supporting the Supply Chain Manager. To liaise with factories to ensure all sample lead times are managed effectively and samples are to required standards and timelines. To manage SMS schedules and any documentation schedules eg photography schedules etc


Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

To understand the critical path and assist Supply Chain Manager in chasing factories to deliver samples on time (development, showroom, pre-production, photography, SMS).
Completing pre-production sample sealing and detailed comments on sealing sheets sent to factories, QC Manager and UK product assistants
Follow up with factories to chase any new pre-production sample in as required and ensure all samples are delivered on time in line with the critical path
Create components (hardware, trims etc) and product sheets and ensure all information is up to date and correct before sending to factories.
Liaise with UK product assistants to ensure that all initial data sheets are correct including colour summaries etc
Manage new season samples – measurements and all required details for range sheet to be completed on time in line with critical path
Ensure all information required for customer data sheets is completed
Manage photography sample schedule
Sample sealing of production samples, making comments on sealing sheets sent to factories, QC manager and UK product assistants
Assist on all admin and processes related to MTO accounts eg Avon – organising and following up testing, labelling, barcodes, checking PP and bulk production samples.
Follow up with factories once SMS has been ordered to ensure delivery will be on time
Assist with gifting and POS requirements as needed
Assist QC manager as required
Any other ad hoc duties as & when required.


Experience:

Previous experience in product development and understanding processes required to successfully work through specified duties
Good working knowledge of quality control especially in relation to handbags
Knowledge of factory working processes is preferable
Strong communication and administration skills with excellent attention to detail are essential to this role
Good prioritisation and organisation skills
Mandarin, Cantonese and English are essential
Computer skills, proficient in using MS Office
Ability to travel to factories as required is necessary
