职位描述：
Work Location: Zhejiang
Position: Factory Auditor
Product: Halloween and Party Costume/accessories
Job Responsibility
- Daily liaison with Audit Administrator to ensure factory visits and audits are conducted as stated by the monthly audit schedule. Any issues with visit dates to be communicated to the Audit Manager as quickly as possible
- Visit and prepare factories for yearly audits, Ethical and Technical, as required by UK customers.
- accompany 3rd party or clients visit and send the CAP to office for circulation to UK Compliance Manager and China Audit Manager on the day the audit occurred.
- follow up the CAP with factories, 3rd party or clients to ensure the corrective evidence is collated and correct procedures instigated and maintained
- Ensure factory visit reports with attached relevant photos are generated from each factory visit and sent to the Audit Manager and Rubies UK Compliance Manager
- attend weekly team meeting if need
- Other jobs instructed by management

Requirement:
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience on factory audit preparing and worked in garment industry as well,
- Experience in factory audit, Including but not limited social compliance ,Technical and health & safety
- Working experience in trade company, factory HR or Administration would be advantage
- Good teamwork, responsible, work independently and meet the tight timeline
- Good command of written & reading English and Chinese
- Good communication
- Proficient in MS office
