岗位职责（Job Description）：
1.通过在线聊天工具、email与客户沟通，解决客户对产品的疑问和对下单程序的疑问等；( Help our customers to solve any problems in the purchasing process through email, live chat or telephone. )
2.负责及时解决客户问题、定期进行回访，对本职工作中的文件形成文档，并有效管理。（ Respond to and resolve the customers’ inquiries in time, including the inquiries on products, website, payment, order status, return service, and all other pre-sales and after-sales service, to come into long-time cooperation with the regular customers. ）
3.对客户提出的换货、退货、退款的问题进行处理，确保信息流通的及时性；( Operate the order fulfillment systems, and keep record of the required useful work documents in the working process. ）
4.负责订单处理等日报表工作；（ Collect customers’ inquiries and problems, give your feedback and suggestion to the manager or related departments to make improvement. ）
5.完成上级交办的其他任务。（ Deal with other work that the manager assigned. ）
任职要求（Requirement）：
1.母语为英语，大学以上学历；可为在华留学生；（ Native/Mother language: English. Education: Bachelor degree or above, or foreign students are studying in China. )
2.要求全职在公司上班；( Job Type: Full-time job in our office. )
3.珠宝行业感兴趣，能够接受soufeel品牌理念；( Deep industry knowledge on Internet-related business models. Collaborate with Soufeel sales team, training and customer support teams to help customers have an easy and nice shopping experience and buy again. )
4.诚实守信，热爱销售工作，对人有亲和力，文字及口语表达准确熟练；( Honest, trustworthy, helpful, and friendly. Accurate words and oral English proficiency. )
5.熟练操作现代化的办公软件。( Good knowledge of office software, especially in Excel. )
