职位描述：
1、负责其功能领域内主要目标和计划；

2、制定、参与或协助上层执行相关的政策和制度；

3、财务工作处理，成本核算，ERP组织及实施；

4、制定、维护、改进公司财务管理程序和政策，制定年度、季度财务计划；

5、向公司管理层提供各项财务报告和必要的财务分析；

6、负责组织公司的成本管理工作,；

7、进行成本预测、控制、核算、分析和考核，确保公司利润指标的完成。

要求：
1、财会、金融、经济、管理等相关专业大专以上学历，相关财务资质；

2、三年以上财务岗位工作经验；生产企业从业经验者优先

3、熟悉国家金融政策、企业财务制度及流程、会计电算化，精通相关财税法律法规；

4、较强的成本管理、风险控制和财务分析的能力；

5、良好的组织、协调、沟通能力，和团队协作精神，能承受较大工作压力。 举报 分享
