Responsibilities:
· Respond to customer inquiries, demonstrate products, product applications and company services based on technical knowledge.
· Investigate and resolve customer's problems and complaint.
· Prepare details product specifications to support customer design requirement
· Provide field application support to customer on all products in the marketing of responsibility.
· Manage projects, focus on proprietary parts design activities and follow through entire design process.
· Acquire product application material/know-how to propose design solution.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or related disciplines
· Minimum 2 years working experience in handling product development, preferably in electronics industry.
· With experience in design and application for Radio Controlled Clock, Weather Station is preferred.
· Good practical experiences and knowledge on product certification and compliance
· Familiar with CAD software for producing technical drawings.
· Independent, self-motivated learner, good interpersonal skill and a good team player
· Good command in both spoken and written English
