DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Description

* China and global Tax Reporting

* Direct and Indirect Tax management

* Audit-defense Negotiation

* Supply-China design

* Participate in US tax reserve and tax-provision reporting, e.g FIN48
and FAS109

* Responsible for income tax, turnover tax, customs duty,
documentation, permanent establishment

* Assist the local China companies in tax audit management (income tax
and turnover taxes), documentation preparation, and attend negotiations
and discussion with Chinese authorities, during the routine audits as
well as transfer pricing audits

* Monitor, review and assist with filings of China income tax and VAT
returns

* Provide tax support and perform due diligence tasks to China-company
acquisitions

* Provide tax advices and execute management’s investment planning when
new company set-up, or company relocation, liquidation and/or share
transfer.

* Assist GAMs, BDs, and segment finance in supply-chain design and tax
planning

* Assist Shared Services organization or local sites with tax
accounting, tax computation and filings

* Liaise with and manage external counsel and advisors
