Education:
Bachelor degree with a major in science and technology or economics related discipline.

Experience:
？ 2 years or above purchasing and sourcing experience for overseas supplied material under a manufacturing environment, preferred in communication devices, electronics, integrated circuit related industry.
？ Experience with problem analysis and resolution
？ Demonstrated ability to achieve results independently or working with others
？ Ability to recommend and implement improvements
？ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
？ Experience with networked PC based computer systems

Special Skills:
？ Fluent oral/written English, Negotiation skill, Sensibility of cost saving, Communication skill.
？ Ability to handle multiple priorities involving external and internal priorities
？ Ability to excel in a cross-organizational, cross cultural, global team environment
？ Handle special assignments promptly and professionally
？ Set a high standard of ethics, professionalism, leadership, and competency

Basic Function of the Job:
Ensure the material supply & services meeting targeted quantity and timeline without shortage, excess or obsolete by proactively working with planners or requestors; take active action to de-risk future material supply by building constructive relationship with suppliers and clearly understanding suppliers’ constrains such as capacity or material or yield issue etc; conduct price negotiation periodically with suppliers; source new supplier for necessary material or services when necessary; conduct quarterly supplier performance appraisal; joint with QA Dept to solve quality problem with supplier and request for continuous improvement; payment preparation; early involvement in NPI stage; other work arranged by supervisor.

Job Elements:
1) Material Purchasing & Inventory Optimization
A) Analyze MRP output and PRs, issue orders out to suppliers and get order confirmation at regulated time, and have it maintained well in SAP system
B) Ensure on time delivery of materials, equipment and MRO items to meet production requirements in Shenzhen
C) Prepare payment
D) Reporting material shortage and action to take to close gap
E) Report on material excess or obsolete, over purchase, and action to take to prevent or reduce E&O or over purchase

2) Supplier Management
A) Cost effectively place PO with right delivery date and right step price.
B) Cleary understand suppliers’ constrains such as capacity, material supply, yield issue or something else
C) Quarterly supplier performance appraisal, Joint with QA Dept to solve quality problem with supplier and request for continuous improvement

3) New Supplier Sourcing
A) Seek new supplier source under the instruction from supervisor for cost reduction, localization or quality improvement. 举报 分享
