葡萄牙语外贸销售/客户经理/跟单/助理
面试者会从英文简历中挑选。我们的客户基本在欧洲，工作时间基于欧洲时区，所以上班时间为北京时间14:00-23:00
职位描述：
1：开发/维护客户
2：建立与客户之间的信任关系，以维持和扩大公司的业务量
3．负责管理/处理/协调在外贸订单的售前，售中和售后工作。例如shipping arrangement, packing arrangement
4. 负责/协助对特定国家/区域的产品推广/促销
5.. 提供日常市场/客户报告。并建立/维护/提供公司的市场和客户等资料，完备公司资料库。
6.. 协调其它部门的工作，提供必要的帮助
7．帮助总监建立销售团队
8．培训新员工
9．联系并拜访特定国家的客户（有护照者优先考虑）

Portuguese Sales Assistant
Note: **You must be good at Portuguese, which will be the basic working language in our company. **Our working time is base on european time, so the working hour is from 13:00-23:30
Main responsibilities will be to help/assist your manager/colleague to meet and exceed company goals. Also to help developing key accounts and new business in the assigned territory to ensure our long term growth.
Primary Duties:
1. Help to develop new market/account
2. Assist manger to do the daily administration activities such as quote price, reply the client emails
3. Assist to maximize order intake within allocated territory
4. Identify new business opportunities in the territory
5. Assist to developing sales plan to drive business forward over short to long term
6. Provide/prepare the regular/daily business forecasts, report,sales plans, market data and other information as required by management
7. Help manager to do the pre-sales and after-sales activities, such as shipping arrangement, packing arrangement, etc.
