职位描述：
1、负责工厂人事行政日常工作统筹及实施。
2、负责工厂招聘、晋升、培训实施、员工关系协调工作。
3、负责日常行政外联、采购及固定资产管理。
4、协助ISO认证推行实施。

任职资格：
1、大专以上学历，管理类相关专业毕业优先；
2、有工厂、印刷制造业相关人事行政管理工作经验，熟悉工厂人事行政各项事务；
3、熟悉国家及深圳当地相关劳动法规；
4、有亲和力，优秀沟通协调能力。
5、有客户验厂相关工作经验优先。
