POSITION SUMMARY:
The Showroom Sales Coordinator will be responsible for a receiving office guests, scheduling Showroom appointments, conducting Showroom experiences and supporting marketing & office management duties.

ITEMIZED DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
? The Showroom Sales Coordinator will be responsible sitting at the front desk and greet and receive all guests as they arrive.
? The Showroom Sales Coordinator will be responsible to build, promote and maintain a schedule published online for tours of our “Showroom” for all prospective dealers, existing dealers and existing dealers with builders, clients, architects and designers. Tours are available from 12pm - 6pm Monday through Friday.
? The Showroom Sales Coordinator will be responsible to work with Sales, TFM and Marketing to build, evolve and execute a sales script which showcases homeowner lifestyle benefits or builder/designer/architect value add.
? The Showroom Sales Coordinator will be responsible, where possible, to interview the Showroom tour attendees in advance to understand their objective, so as to deliver the appropriate message (e.g. focus on Automation with Shades, Lighting, Movies, Security or Music).
? The Showroom Sales Coordinator will capture notes and reactions from showroom tour attendees and immediately publish to impacted ASM and cc TFM.
? The Showroom Sales Coordinator will assist the Marketing departure as available to create, modify content, add on social media, support dealer specific program requests for materials, create collateral and support events.
? The Showroom Sales Coordinator will support office management duties such as ordering food or receiving shipments as required.

NEEDED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
? Previous experience in retail sales, preferably with consumer electronics.
? Demonstrate natural relationship skills & appropriate curiosity skills in developing rapport, making people feel welcome and learning how to meet or exceed potential needs and wishes.
? Customer Service oriented to serve presented and underlying needs.
? Must be able to understand technology-based solutions and communicate their benefits to consumers.
? Native speaker of Mandarin and highly proficient in written English.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
? Candidate must reside in Shanghai.
? Prior consumer electronics or retail sales experience.
? Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin as well as ability to read and understand English.
? Ability to communicate well and work with the office team.
? Experience with Microsoft Office productivity tools.
? Proven ability to communicate work with and lead people of varied backgrounds to achieve objectives.
? Able to work individually with appropriate problem solving, planning & critical thinking in contributing to a team environment.
? A passion for consumer electronics.
? Prior experience with digital marketing is an advantage. 举报 分享
