职位描述：
Principle Tasks:
1. Facilitate joint coordinated developments across engineering disciplines and development sites within ADVA
2. Support the selection and procurement of commercial devices that comply with Government and Regulatory Requirements, ADVA Procurement and Operations requirements
3. Responsible for the specification, design, test/integrate and release to production of ADVA products
4. Engineering support for product in production and possible transfer of products to other R&D or anufacturing organizations within ADVA
5. Creation of the Hardware Unit Design Specification (HUDS)
6. HW and Integration test plan
7. Schematic creation, PCB placement and PCB layout guidance
8. Support of PCB layout and review
9. Support of FPGA and SW integration
10. Release of the PCB Assembly
11. Debug and Verify the design function
12. Support of HW integration test
13. Support of product’s Certification
14. Engineering support for the assembly and production test

Supplementary Tasks:
1.Demonstrated ability to complete the full product design life cycle on a portion of the system involving multiple components
2.Capable of working independently on the assigned design activities with minimal supervision
3.Comprehensive understanding of the product architecture, design, processes, tools, etc. required to perform their assigned design activities
4.Operating at the equivalent of an engineer with 2 plus years of relevant experience
5.Review the design files, such as HDS, circuit, layout in the team
6.Other duties as required

Skills / Qualifications / Training / Experience:
1.Must have knowledge and experience with microprocessor support circuit design (Sdram, Flash memory devices, PLDs, Peripheral interfaces) and the hardware requirements of interfacing this circuitry to the microprocessor
2.Must have knowledge and experience of Ethernet protocol, standards, related chips’ features, interfaces and related circuits
3.Must have the knowledge and experience of PWM DC buck and boost power design
4.Must have good knowledge and experience of high-speed digital design and signal integrity
5.Must have good knowledge and experience of Sync-E, PTP
6.Must have good knowledge and experience of board-level EMC design and debugging
7.Must have good ability to use one or two CAD tools, such as Cadence, Mentor, Protel and so on 举报 分享
