职位描述：
Responsibilities:

1. Define, develop and implement software architecture and test standards for all products and Business Units during all stages of production, e.g.:
o Coding standards and coding analysis tools
o Software drivers for test solutions
o Standard sequences and subsequences
2. Develop common automation platforms in collaboration with other ADVA test teams
3. Help defining manufacturing test concepts and test strategies for ADVA products
4. Evaluate and introduce new test and software technologies
5. Provide training courses and respective documentation in terms of using test platforms for NPI-LCE globally

Requirement:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics/Telecommunication or similar
2. Written and spoken English skills
3. Experience in test hardware development, optical DWDM, electrical test and measurement methods
4. Good knowledge in C#, C++, National Instruments tools: LabView/TestStand
5. Project management, database programming and design experience preferred
6. Certification in TestStand architecture is preferred
