职位描述：
Job Title: QC/QA

Purpose of Job:

The main purpose of this job is to ensure the products are inspected according to Qwester Quality standard and requirements, to drive suppliers to improve overall product quality.

Job Responsibilities:

-Perform in process & pre-shipment inspections.
-Prepare Corrective Action Requests and ensure supplier completes in timely manner.
-Positively communicate with suppliers and supervisor on effective inspection schedules.
-Distribute inspection reports and summaries.
-Report rejected/pending inspection to quality manager.
-Submit weekly/monthly summary reports
-Drive supplier quality improvements through process
-Report any abnormal situation of suppliers
-Assist to conduct factory quality management audits.
-verify implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions taken by suppliers
-Assist on new product sample review

Requirements:

Education:
-College Graduate.

Experience (Minimum Relevant Experience/Minimum Supervisory Experience):
- 3+ years of QA/QC experience in consumer goods industry.
- have production experience is a plus.

Professional Qualifications, Knowledge and skills:
-Quality experience in Soft and Hard goods including Bags,Sleeves, Plastic Case/Cover for mobile phone and tablet,etc
-Knowledge of ISO9000 quality system and REACH/ROHS
-GSV & WCA auditing desired.

Written / Oral Language skills:
-Fluent oral and written English and Cantonese is extra value

-Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
-Ability to read drawings and specifications written in English.
-Self-motivated.
-Detail oriented with strong written communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
-Knowledge of manufacturing disciplines related to cut & sew, sheet metal forming, injection/blow molding and coatings, etc
-Honesty, integrity and ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality is required.
-Computer literate in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
