职位描述：
POSITION DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
Provide a key Support Role in the Sales Organization focused on Dealer Productivity, New Dealer On-Boarding and Customer Escalations. Work closely with the Sales Managers in the assigned territory to drive revenue higher. Coordinate lighting design requests and work on the design.
ITEMIZED DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
? Work along with the Sales Team to increase productivity of specified dealers through engagement, training, on-site support and project follow-up.
? Assist in On-Boarding new accounts through hands on activities that ensure a successful and accelerated ramp up with Control4 product sales.
? Onsite inspection and support of consumer projects as needed and directed.
? Provide onsite support for training, project design and more with Control4 dealers as needed and coordinated with Sales Team.
? Help train dealers and staff on all aspects of Control4 products.
? Lighting and AV Design. Ability to read lighting floor plans.
? Support on part of technical training materials translation and write up file
? Other duties as assigned.
NEEDED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
? Strong technical and Networking skills is required.
? Advanced Control4 training and certifications highly preferred.
? Strong problem solving and mediation skills.
? Excellent verbal and written communications skills
? Proficient in CAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook business software.
? Ability to travel extensively in North China
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
? High School Diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred.
? 2 years experience in outside sales or other relevant sales tenure, plus system design and hands on installation and Control4 programming experience.
? Consumer electronics experience preferred.
? Fluent English reading and writing ability.
