1) Job Summary:
a. Take a lead to provide basic clerical supports to BHC Engineering staff.
b. Be responsible for Engineering department document related issues.
c. To take a lead to handle Engineering document management.
d. To assist making the rules for the Engineering operation system.
e. To assist Engineering system leader to create more robust Engineering Training system.

2) Principal Responsibilities/Duties:
a. To make sure to create accurate BOM to MFG/P system
b. To take a lead to distribute technical documents like FPI, ECN,Drawing,BOM and ECR and so on, to concerned parties.
c. To organize and file all technical documents in Engineering department.
d. Be responsible of all MFG/PRO & Wildchill system related issues.
e. Be responsible for tracking of SEC/PPAP approving process
f. Assist engineers in any clerical issues as need.
g. Liaise with Engineer if the data is suspected to be inaccurate.
h. To assist monitoring that the Engineering procedures are trained according to Annual Training Plan.

3) Qualification Requirements:
(a) College graduate or equal.
(b) 3 years minimum experience in office working.
(c) Capable of using MS office soft-wares.
(d) Attention to detail.
(e) Team work oriented , and high level of interpersonal skills to work independently with others.
(f) Capable of understanding basic English.
(g) Be open-minded.
(h) Good attitude.
