Responsibilities:

System and Process Activities:

- Maintain Service Parts Advanced Planning System accuracy and efficiency
- Improve Service Parts APS system logic/function to better adapt to planning process need
- Maintain and develop tools to automate manual tasks done by SZ planning team
- Identify issues and problems with Service Parts APS system (Xelus) and work with WW teams to resolve
- Maintain, improve and adapt forecasting and supply/demand processes


Reporting:
- Maintain and develop Service Team operation reports
- Maintain and develop management review reports
- Develop reporting formular and tools
- Maintain, propose and develop planning metrics
- Identify reporting and planning tool issue and provice prompt solution


Forecasting:

- Forecasting for WW (US, EMEA & AP) service parts
- Monthly review, consolidate, analyze and challenge forecast inputs from interface teams
- Analyze monthly forecast accuracy results, demant trend, customer demand, demand allocation%, etc
- Develop new statistical forecasts models to reflect product life cycle demand for spare parts
- Balance all available information with statistical forecast to set forecast in the Lexmark planning tool (Xelus)
- Maintain and develop forecast reporting
- Maintain and update current forecasting tools


Product Life Cycle Management:

- Manage the introduction and the end of service life of the products in terms of demand planning
- Build specific forecasts models for the introduction and for the end of service life of a printer
- Define the initial quantities to be ordered at the introduction of the product
- Define last time buy quantities for EOSL products


Supply/Demand:

- Provide monthly demand vs supply report, highlight shortage/excess for Supply Planners action
- Provide demand/fcst change notice to Supply Planners and advise supply adjustment
- Provide guidelines, inputs and support to Supply Planners

Requirements:
- BA or BSc degree in Business or related field
- Strong and profound IT/system skills
- Excellent SAP/planning system user
- Excellent MS office and reporting skills
- Excellent analyzing skill and summarization skill
- Comfortable with data processing and system maintenance
- At ease with numbers and data manipulation
- Basic supply chain knowledge and planning skill
- Database maintenance experience will be a plus
- Experience in Field Service / Spare Parts business would be a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent English (CET 6 at least)
- Systems: advanced knowledge of ERP (SAP), APS (Xelus would be a plus), MS Office (Excel, Access, Powerpoint)
- Good communication skill
