Quality control engineer

JOB FUNCTION: QUALITY ENGINEER

LOCATION: SHENZHEN BAO’AN

EXPERIENCE: 3-5 YEARS

SALARY: 7000 TO 8000

JOB DESCRIPTION / KEY TASKS:

Your main responsibility will be to improve the quality of our products.
After a one month period doing QC in factories with our QC Technician, you will be train in France by our technical manager.
Then when back to China you will be:
- Responsible for find root cause and solution for the case resolve and quality improve
- Testing batteries and report the test results to our engineers team to jointly decide preventive and corrective actions
- Follow up claim trends and preventive/corrective actions, training and securing info to other parts of local organization
- Develop quality by co-work with other function department
- CO-work with functions teams to develop the quality new product and trials defined
- Handling claim and remark quickly and precisely
- Responsible for following up the customer claim trend and report
- Make QCs in our suppliers’ factories
- Manage one QC technician
- Achieve other tasks may be requested by department manager
- Respect procedures and company rules and regulations, obey company safety policy

PREREQUISITES:

- Work experience 3 to 5 years in industrial environment
- Languages – speak and write good English (min CET 6).
French is a plus
- Previous experience as a Quality Engineer in the battery field is required
- Experience within a western company would be an edge
- Easy to work with, able to bring new ideas and propose changes, very well organized.
