职位描述
? Credit Management and Leadership
– Lead the execution of all credit management policies and procedures for responsible legal entities
– Ensure regular credit limit reviews are conducted, overdue accounts are monitored, news affecting credit worthiness is acted upon
– Ensure appropriate processes for the recovery of outstanding balances are followed
? Doubtful Debt Provision Management
– Ensure that provisions are made to ensure that all doubtful debt exposures are recognized in a timely manner and that appropriate supporting documentation is available to substantiate all provisions for audit purposes
? Credit Release Support
– Provide credit blocked sales order approvers with appropriate credit analysis such as prior trading history, latest financial status and other relevant commentary to enable informed credit release approval decisions to be made
? Credit Management Reporting
– Provide appropriate credit management reporting to the International and APAC Controllers including detailed credit risk reporting by regional hubs with appropriate commentary and action points
? Accounts Receivable Management
– Ensure the accuracy of deflator settlement and write-back in deflator system
– Ensure accuracy of in-house AR accounting
– BPO Governance of AR processes
? Working Capital Support
– Provide support for all working capital initiatives including regional hub reporting of key working capital metrics such as working capital values, periodic analysis, past dues, variances against targets and days sales outstanding
