POSITION ROLE: Continuous Improvement Specialist routinely conducts Lean and Continuous improvement programs in WK SZ and Suppliers sites for better performance and more values to meet or exceeds internal and external customer requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Audits supplier’s manufacturing capability and the quality performance with the SZ Sourcing and Engineering teams to drive Lean and Continuous Improvement projects and maintains a vendor certification program.
2. Lean and Continuous Improvement Management:
2.1 Develop the Supplier Lean and Six Sigma transformation plan:
a. Objectives and targets setting
b. Resource selection and allocation
c. Transformation roadmap including planning, scheduling and sequencing
d. Communication to supplier base
2.2 Lead the transformation including:
a. Leading problem solving initiatives
b. Ensuing sustainability and supporting continuous supplier improvement
2.3 Develop own and build the Lean capabilities of the staff including:
a. Developing and deploying a robust Lean training program
b. Acting as a coach and mentor to employees and supply base
2.4 Deliver results
a. Deliver results for a successful supplier lean transformation
b. Successful transformation to include increased quality, productivity and cost reduction
3. Know all relevant functional responsibilities and critical issues within the Shenzhen office.
4. Maintain an efficient, orderly and clean work environment.
5. Explore all available alternatives and execute the best solutions for continuous improvement.

h. Systems Evaluation; Identify measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system.
DESIRED TECHNICAL SKILSS, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
1. Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Industrial or Quality Engineering.
2. At least 5years of working experience in Lean production and Continuous improvement at manufacturing industries,

3. Equivalent combination of education & experience, having Lean or 6 Sigma certificate is a plus
4. Familiar with ISO9000, ANSI/ASQC Z1.4-1993 (MIL-STD-105E), Statistical Process Control and/or Design of Experiment.
5. Strong presentation and communication skills
6. Fluent with Excel, Word, PowerPoint , skillful SPC is a plus
7. Strong Working knowledge of quality management tools (Pareto char, cause analysis diagram t etc. QC 7 tools)
8. Fluent English skill in spoken and wrote
9. Able to read blue prints.
10. Knowledge of kitchen related products
