Report to: Documentation supervisor / Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Potently / politely answer phone enquiries & solve customers’ problem via email/fax/ phone in a professional manner
Encourage ESI usage, confirm Bill of Lading & match compass booking after vessel departure
Input shipment information into the docs system for issuing full sets of bill of landing to shipper within the specified timeframe and standard
Handle inquiries from destination /agents/offices /customers to smooth the documentation process
-Bill release, Telex release, arrange the issuance of b/l at destination or elsewhere and M/C
Handle finance-related documentation.

Job Requirements:

Degree Holder
CET 6 or above.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in the logistics field
Good knowledge of MS office / excel application
